Get it right soulfult it's serious my mom is a diabetic and she been having a hard time managing hers. But she is on a ball sugar looking good and they took her off one of her med and I'm so proud of her. She's not eating the way she was and that's good. Continue with the water and try cooking beans all type of beans no cornbread and the meat she use is neckbone sometimes rice and sometimes no rice this how she cook for herself. But she sometimes will eat what her kids cook sometimes but my mom is getting good results when she go to the doctor. No salt just cook your food healthier good luck.

Soulfult!!!! Before you said you were intermittent fasting and watching what you eat, I immediately noticed your face and around your neck area being smaller!!! Losing weight and changing your eating habits are not easy. You have definitely inspired me. Congratulations on your journey thus far.
I also appreciate you being transparent and honest about your experiences. It's rare and these attributes make you more relatable. Thank you!!! Enjoy the rest of your day. Many blessings to you and your family.

Tell your doctor to give you a dietitian list of the foods that are safe for you to eat. You are a very sweet, caring Person and I don't want anything to happen to you. Do what you have to do for yourself in order to save yourself! You can do it!!!❤

I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits that doesn't carry a lot of natural sugar, like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and green apples. For meats, bake chicken, bake turkey, bake fish, bake lamb chops. ( use different herbs to season your foods) no salt and no sugar. Use raw organic honey in my teas and Calorie Free Stevia Sweetened in my coffee. Also get plain Great Yogurt and put your own fresh fruits in it.

Yes Soulful T being a diabetic is very serious! I have type 2 diabetes and it's no joke! I had to change the way that I ate,and how I cook my foods for life. I bake my meats, no fried foods, I cut pork from my diet, no process foods, no stuff food, no sodas, only water and I make up my own juices with my juicer machine. If a person doesn't change their lifestyle in what they are putting into their bodies, they will die. I encourage you Sister to do exactly what the doctors tells you. I use to weigh 215 lbs now I weigh 140 lbs and I feel great! Peace and Blessings to you Soulful T. ❤

I was diagnosed with diabetes in November 2015. I had a stroke and was in a diabetic coma May 22,2021. Since then I have went from clothes size of 18-20 to as of today I wear 10-12. I have lost weight eating right and walking. I feel great my last A1C was 4.5. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and I took bread out of my diet accept once a week if then. Diabetes onset extreme thirst and urination, fatigue itching is a sign your sugar is up.

Mayo is fatting also. I’m not ashamed to say I was overweight. You just have to stay on course. Stay away from sugar, bread, pastas and anything fatting. You can do it. Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary drinks. I’m not a slim girl never will be but happy to be here. Good luck to you.
