    SPICY SHRIMP PASTA

Add more cayenne pepper and/ or red pepper flakes if you want it spicier… like like 1 TBSP. I toned it down for my family❤️

    SHRIMP
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
    Salt
    Blackity peppedity black pepper
    Garlic powder
    Paprika
    Olive oil

    1. Season shrimp with these ingredients. I don’t have the measurements for these… just measure til your ancestors tell you to stop

    2. Cook shrimp on a skillet then set shrimp aside

    INGREDIENTS
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup wine (Pinot Grigio)
    1/2 cup pasta water

    SPICE
    1.5 TBSP dried parsley
    1 TBSP paprika
    2 tsp chicken bouillon
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp salt

    1. In tehe same skillet you cooked your shrimp, sauté 5 cloves of minced garlic.

    2. Once garlic is fragrant, pour in heavy cream and bring to a light boil (simmer).

    3. Once it comes to a light boil, add all of the ingredients listed under SPICE and cook for 3-5 mins.

    4. Then your gonna add 1 cup of wine and 1/2 cup of pasta water. Bring this to a hard boil for ~5 mins. Sauce will slightly thicken

    5. Then add 1 lb cooked pasta and combine well.

    6. Then top it off with a handful of Parmesan cheese and your cooked shrimp.

    7. Garnish with parsley

I tried this recipe tonight. I really liked it. It had a really good flavor, but next time I make it I'll have to cut the cayenne and red pepper flakes in half. It was a bit too spicy for my family. Also, as a substitute for regular wine, I used Cooking Sherry.
