I made my turkey bone broth; and the 16 oz jars are in freezer. I( forgot the vinegar !!!) but I did do the double whammy broth #2 using same bones. I made a batch of soup and my sister said it was the best turkey vegetable soup she ever tasted. I used orzos, broth, and a container of pre prepped freezer veges that you taught in a previous video. ( this I just cooked on stove.) yummy… Thanks, teacher!

Newer versions of the Instant Pot have an altered Max fill line. In the older models, the max line is only for slow cooking, not for pressure cooking. In those models, 3/4 full is recommended, or 1/2 full for foamy foods.

I like to leave the fat gel on top as ut seals the broth in the freezer. It is east to scrape off with a spoon aa it begins to defrost. I just did a big batch of vegetable stock in my 12 qrt stock pot. Got 22 ounces!
