please please be careful of listening to the health info you see online. try to cross reference everything. and more often than not, your relationship with food is infinitely more important than the nutrition facts. best thing to do is vary your intake at all opportunities.
not to tell you how to live your life but just btw from what i've read caffeine takes a looooooong time to get out of your system so drinking it in the afternoon could be the thing messing with your sleep as you mentioned.
I make cookie and kate’s pumpkin marinara a lot this time of year and it’s super creamy and comforting but healthy. It’s vegetarian but the parts that are dairy are easy to sub or leave out- butter to sauté and optional parm on top. I’ve been putting pumpkin spice in my coffee grounds in the french press or my pour over too and highly recommend
you’re super beautiful! kbye! ❤😅
Look like a mom without any children.
When I was a kid, I used to love beef stew. I recently tried the Beyond Steak and it's got a really tender, shreddy texture like slow cooked beef, so I'm going to make a "beef" stew with it this weekend! It's like, the coziest meal to me.
Use a nut mylk bag to strain the syrup 😊
I like to make chai syrup with actual whole spices and brown sugar (just strain the whole spices out and you have a much better syrup than you'd have with ground spices). I use the syrup in lattes, with tea + milk or in oatmeal
edit: oat milk obviously not regular milk
sending cooler vibes from the other side of the country where it is low 70s!! 🍁
My favorite thing to make in fall is sweet potatoes baked in butter with cinnamon 😋 or pumpkin bread 🤤
Next time you make the pumpkin spice syrup, you should try using whole spices! (Like a cinnamon stick, whole star anise, clove etc. Everything except the nutmeg because idk if nutmeg is safe/works). That way you'll get the flavor without all that grit!
i wanna make pot pie now! lol but yeah groceries in the U.S. aren't cheap across the board, we don't really have good discount places where I live.
soup season is upon us. how are we feeling
u know itz gonna be a good day when emily posts a new vid
I make a pumpkin cashew pasta sauce that is so good! I’ll have to try some of your recipes too
one thing i do with coffee is i add the spices in with the grounds! I like to copy an orange and clove latte i had at a coffee shop by adding ground clove to the coffee grounds and then orange extract to my iced coffee so good!!
My favorite thing to make it fall. It would be a cheesecake, pumpkin pie I think it’s most commonly made with like cheesecake and pumpkin swirled into it but I like to make mines like half-and-half so like the bottom will be cheesecake and then the top will be pumpkin or vice versa, but specifically that ratio its soooo good I’m not sure how it would be vegan but it’s pretty good vegetarian.
I can relate to the weather since I live in Vegas. The heat is never ending. I love the idea of the pot pie, my husband is British and I think he would love that. I would probably use impossible meat and veg for him. I would myself like the lentil idea x
It actually is true that sweet fruits like bananas and acidic/sub-acidic fruits like strawberries shouldn't be paired together for digestion reasons. It also can cause headaches and nausea. There is alot of info and studies proving it to be true. Ive never had an issue soo i could care less…im eating them together regardless 😂😂 #yolo
the casual nctzen stan reveal!!!!
Vegan "chicken" and dumpling soup is one of my faves to make when the weather gets colder. The recipe I use is by Nora Cooks 🧡🍂
Yeah, sadly groceries are not cheap unless you have a grocery outlet or some equivalent store near you 😢
Perfect. I love you. I didn't leave in time to catch the bus so I have 30 minutes to pass before I have to leave in my car.
