We never had meat on our school pizzas, it was always just cheese. When we make pizza at home now, we always pre-bake our crust some before adding toppings, it seems like my crust never cooks through or well enough otherwise. Your pizza sure looks good … thanks for sharing some lunch-lady time with us.

Use the back of your knuckles that way it will stretch but not cause holes like it does if you use your fingers
You shouldn't use anything metal on non stick as it causes the Teflon to start coming away. To stop from sticking sprinkle some fine cornmeal on the tray then place pizza on the cornmeal. The pizza will move around and prevent any sticking. Pizza looked yummy, hmmmm piiizzzzzzaaaaaaaaa

To make it easier next time. Always oil/spray the pan. Also slide the pizza out on to a cutting board or any flat surface for easier slicing

Hey Rick, it's me, seattwa, with a new YouTube name! You and I are about the same age, and I'm pretty sure that our lunch ladies spread the love onto a Bisquick pizza crust back in the day. And it didn't taste anything like pizza, but we didn't know the difference! But it was still good anyway!
