Great video. Funny you say "you may be sittin alone". Well yes I am. Though. You always make me laugh and appreciate all I have. Some people forget, there is always someone way worse off than you. So, think about them and pray for em. Have to say, was jealous seein you eat that. Havent had that in 40 yrs. Used to trap a lot when I was young and it was perfectly normal to eat Beaver, Racoon and all sorts of different game. Now a days its pretty much just deer, antelope, moose and Elk. Have a very Happy New Year to all that read this. Keep supporting this channel as it is the real thing. Thank you from Canada for your content.

Have you tried using strawberry or orange soda water on your corn for those hard to catch hogs? Also dig a post hole about 2 to 3 foot deep and put the corn in it and the hogs wont leave because they cant root it out easily?

Cook her something separate, just like I do mine. I have heard that EVERYTHING likes beaver meat, but I have not tried any. I might try some if I trapped it myself, but would not evven ask the wife to try any. Mine won't eat ANY wild game except fish. So she eats beef while I eat venison; store bought pork for her, free range pork for me; chicken for her, duck for me.

Wishing you & yours a blessed New Year 2024 & hope you were blessed during the holiday season!
Great job cooking beaver, but, from my understanding, the tails are absolutely the best part! (Dogs could still enjoy the outer layer though!)
In a heartbeat I would try the beaver & from reading the comments you’ve gotten some other ideas of how to do it. Of all the animals you do trap, are there any you would not or should not eat & why?
Our holiday weekend was spent alone. I wasn’t feeling well enough to travel Christmas Eve to visit hubby’s family & basically no contact (2 text msgs were it) from my family – which is tough (parents have long since passed as well as 2 of my siblings – but I’ve still got 4, I only exist if they need something & it is a big downer. Thankfully we have a relationship with Jesus! He’s the only way I keep going. I do appreciate you sharing about your relationship with Jesus. I know it helps me & am sure it helps many others.
🙏 that 2024 is a great hunting & trapping year for you & that you can continue to feed more families!
    God bless! ♥️🇺🇸🙏✝️
