Thank you again, Melanie…you always remind me of recipes I haven’t used in a while…I spatchcocked a Cornish game hen last night in my air fryer and I didn’t want another meal of mashed potatoes and gravy etc. for the leftovers. Hope this new year will be good for you!
When i do this i like to use my instant pot because the chicken is more tender

I'm not the fan of relish and mayonnaise that are commonly used for "chicken, tuna and potato" salads. I love ketchup, mustard, honey barbecue sauce and pancake syrup that separately belong in my round squeeze bottles.
