If anyone says they don't like CJP…
Something is seriously wrong with that person.

I'm sure this would be wonderful for my Dad who can no longer manage regular food – those eggs, milk & chocolate would do him a load of good! Thank you, Chef, I shall be sharing.. Could you substitute anything for the egg (I can't eat them!)

thanks Chef! i learned something new. will definitely make this in so many ways. i love mocha, so i'm thinking instead of orange zest, a tiny bit of instant coffee and khaluha liquor. so many flavors to experiment with.

I always thought that I was a 1/2 decent home cook, but Chef JP has taught me so much. I love watching him at work even if I have no intention of making the recipe. His enthusiasm and humour just lifts my spirits and cheers me up.
I have recommended this channel, not only for learning how to be a better cook, but to improve low mood and lift depression.
Your joie de vivre shines through in your cooking chef and helps people in more ways than you can know ~ thank you.

I made the Limoncello Tiramisu which means I have a good bottle of Limoncello. How about I make this with lemon zest and a dash of Limoncello? Won’t have to get Grand Manier, any thoughts? Btw, the tiramisu was awesome, of course.

"I know I'm going to love it."
The only problem is you can't just make one, you have to make several.
None of them will make it to the fridge to enjoy tomorrow, they will all go before they have time to cool.
    I don't handle sweets well, it's a weakness.
