Hi Flo, I have a question about canned crab. Why do some cans of crab have a brownish colour meat? In the past ,all the cans I have purchased had white crabmeat. Last one looked like the crab you used. Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes with all of us.

Flo, your frittata recipe was the first recipe I made from your super duper cookbook. You explained everything to a tee and it was worth the long drive to Costco just to get the crab meat. Every time I make a new recipe, I think that it is the best yet. But actually it’s hard to beat the frittata. So very simple and delicious, plus healthy with all of the protein. Thanks again for a delicious and easy recipe. BTW…I actually found an Asian market in the town where I buy most of my groceries. It was just down the road! Save your cheese rind and use it in a Minestrone soup in the instant pot. Delicious!
To easily get the trivet out when it's hot, I use a couple of stiff wire coat hangers. Works perfectly!
