Hey! Been watching for a while. Just curious. I get that I can do the freezer meal from frozen in my instant pot but if I’m using the slow cooker, do I need to thaw first or throw in frozen? Thanks for all the tips tricks and recipes!

-Chicken Meals-Tuscan Chicken Pasta:
2 cups each, ditalini, chicken broth, cooked, diced chicken, 2 tablespoons butter. Manual for 4 minutes, quick release. Stir, add 4 oz each ofdrained, chopped sun dried tomatos, 4 oz parmesan cheese, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1/2 tablespoons salt and 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt, 1/2 c milk, 2 cups baby spinach. Stir well until cream cheese melts. Serve or save.

Are there any dairy substitutes for all of the cream cheese and dairy stuff? Also I would love to see some dairy free dedicated meals. If any dairy sneaks it’s way into my food it’s an awful night for me 🤣🤣 love your videos!!!!
That is my favorite chicken broth. Only 6% sodium, which, believe it or not, is actually the least out there.
