I have a 6qt. IP. I do the same, add onions first and I use medium, will keep them from accidentally burning. Dang I guessed the cooking time.. LOL….. That really looked nice Heather. Some Elbow macaroni would have been cool mixed in too.. I'd of cooked the Macaroni separate. I made a similar sauce yesterday except I used condensed tomato soup and no rice. Since I live alone, that gave me 3 containers of 1.5 cups of sauce in 4 containers to freeze. Then I can defrost and heat up what's in the container later, cook some Macaroni 3/4 to 1 cup (measured un-cooked) Macaroni per each container of sauce, and super yummy. I do the same with mashed potatoes, make and freeze, heat up later on. I just started doing this and wow it has saved me so much time on days when I don't feel like cooking or I'm rushed, (+ it's I think it's harder to cook small amounts) and the frozen food turns out great thawed and heated up. Actually I almost think it's as tasty or even better cooking after freezing and reheating lol. It is really hard sometimes to cook for one person, and the cat does not eat people food just as I don't eat her food, except the fish treats are pretty good……………………………………. Hey guys, I was sitting in my car listening to the radio in Pottstown, PA. yesterday at Dairy Queen (eating a chili cheese dog and hot fudge sundae) and this truck went by that reminded of you guys so much. The name on the side in big red letters on the white box was Tri-State-Expediting. It was all white, you could tell the truck was a few years old, on a decent Freightliner cab, had a big square looking sleeper like yours. Looked to me like about a 24 foot box. It had a Side door in the box. He also had two axles in the back, pretty hefty looking with big tires reminded me of a deuce – 1/2 type tires and axle setup . I didn't see in time if he had a refer on the front or not and didn't have time to take a pic. I googled them and this is the link. The trucks looked the same only the one on their sight was a big fancier and of course new looking. Their sight address: https://www.tstate.com/expedited-freight-services …….. I I thought this might interest you, however I know there are all kinds of expediters from vans to semi's………….. Please take care and drive safe, and (Heather) think of me every time you crank the landing gear up & down, you are such a professional, LOL……………….

Hello ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ! Seems our palates are similar. I often substitute tomato paste for tomato sauce. AND when you were plating the finished cuisine, I was thinking to myself โ€œ sour cream would be good hereโ€ and voilร , sour cream appears!

As always, another great cooking in the truck video. Thank you for putting these upโ€ผ๏ธ
