So I have hashimotos and hypothyroid, I've been told going gluten free can help. My biggest challenges when looking at this was textures of foods, lack of flavour and the high sugar or salt. Price was also a major downside. It's pretty overwhelming trying to work it all out, get things you'd actually like to eat and keep within a budget. Hopefully I can learn more to help watching videos

Bobby I bought that based off your recommendation so sorry that bread is disgusting. The texture is terrible it just like this always in your mouth and it has a very odd texture I don’t know but my child likes it so who knows?

Could you do a video on the difference between Dutch processed cocoa and American cocoa for baking ? Whole Foods where I live doesn’t sell Dutch processed- which is important for flavor Thanks for doing a GF video my daughter has celiacs disease .

This was such an informative video for someone who is transitioning to gluten free! I wish there were more options that were nut-free, I have a nut allergy which means I usually have to experiment on my own for pizza, granola, etc. BUT It was super helpful to know what to look for in gluten free alternatives and avoid the fillers. I'm on day 3 of gluten free and I do feel like I have more energy, less upset stomach and 0 bloating.

Hi Bobby, I have just start watching your videos in hopes of finding things I can eat. I just found out through my blood work that I am allergic to so many things, such as Milk, Egg whites, baker’s yeast, wheat, oats, to name a few. I’m having a tough time because I can find something that is gluten free but it will contain another ingredient such as yeast that makes me put it back on the shelf. I’m at a loss. Any tips?

I'm going to try cutting gluten to see if it rids me of my extreme GI issues(and other health concerns that can be caused be gluten sensitivity) that have been ruining how I feel for years now. This video is SO helpful and makes me feel less worried about trying to find gluten free foods to buy. Thank you.

A channel that goes grocery shopping! Top tier content. My boyfriend took me grocery shopping on the first date, he let me take whatever I want. We are together for almost 3 years now.

I am interested in finding a good carob to replace chocolate, especially carob chips using a good sugar- no fructose corn syrup. Items to eat when looking for something sweet tasting.

After reading labels for 10 years, you need to watch ingredients each time. They change ingredients between batches. I have allergy to sunflower/safflower oil as well as gluten issue. Oil is a big thing that changes.
