Ingredients:
1 box of instant Jambalaya
1 pound of smoked sausage or chicken cut into pieces
1 can of rotel tomatoes (or diced tomatoes of your choice)
1.5 cups of water or broth
Instructions:
Brown sausage or chicken using the saute function on the IP
Add the box of jambalaya, half of the tomatoes, and water
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes
Quick release and done
