    I literally just made your Kareraisu earlier today, and it was incredible. Before I stumbled upon your channel, I thought that I disliked curry, but your easy to follow instructions and thoughtfully portioned ingredients swayed my taste otherwise. You deserve far more recognition than you currently have, based on the stats of this video. Your talent as a filmmaker, chef, on-screen personality, and instructor, with your scientific breakdowns of the effects of cooking where appropriate, are self evident.

    Why is it everytime I see a recipe for Katsu Curry its always with pork, but when I order it from a restaurant its with Chicken breast?

    personally I prefer chicken over pork, Can I use the exact same recipe with Chicken breast with good results or Would I need to change some things around?!
