    I'm thinking about getting an Instant Pot. IS there any danger with them? I hear it's a pressure cooker, so can you can with it? Are Instant Pots difficult to operate?     I have had leftover rice cold for breakfast before and you can use any kind of rice for this, white, brown wild etc. Just add some melted butter, cinnamon, cloves, allspice or cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Some sugar and a little bit of milk very tasty, and you can also through in some raisins, craisins, berries of any type and some chopped nuts.
