Amy is called “SOFRITO’’
Everything looks so good
I'm looking forward to making Mama Bell's cookies❤
I wish yoplait would bring back their custard style I would buy it all the time❤
You are SO me. I love a productive day! Love your videos as always! ❤love from illinois
Unfortunately, opening your life on YouTube seems to give people a "right" to their opinions. Opinions are judgements. You simply do you, G-d will be G-d, and enjoy your family, food, home, life. If "they" don't like it, "they" can unsubscribe or just don't watch. Goodness. Lovely to see you yogurt, been a long time. Must be settling in and having time to go back to oldies but goodies.
Vegetable sofrito… i think you may have been looking for that word
Ground up some pistachio add to your pineapple bars icing …yum
It’s crazy how expensive everything is!
How old are the kiddos now.
You can make your yogurt in the insta- pot . Id use your method of timing. When to add reduce etc . Then cut on yogurt setting leave it …thank you your method helped ne know how to make better thicker yogurt without straining it very cool👍 my yogurt wud only make a gal at a time but so easy !! Thanks❤
Look up “My God Fights For Me” by People & Songs
You should watch Becky at Acre Homestead and how she does her garlic and ginger pucks.
I always though the good bacteria you want in yogurt dies with temps over 115
The ground up veggies is called Sofrito. The basis for most Latin cuisines, slightly different deepening on the country of origin but always includes peppers, onions, garlic. The food trinity!!
Awesome watching now
The cut up or ground up veggies, do u mean mirepoix??. Its onions, carrots and celery.
I agree Greek yogurt is absolutely disgusting… Yucky!!!!!
THE CARROTS ARE FOR SWEETNEST.
For years my kids thought lightly seasoned yogurt was sour cream. Add a Lipton onion dry soup pkt and we had the chip dip !
I've never care for yogurt I've tried many and I just don't like the taste but I don't drink milk I've only drink it if is has chocolate flavoring in it. I'm 73 so I probably won't change. I love your channel keep up the great work and God bless you and your family
I bet your pineapple habanero sauce is better than what was in the store 🙂
The pineapple bars are very good with a crumble topping. Put it on before you bake.
Hi Amy, I bet you could make that pineapple and pepper stuff and pressure can it to last a long time. Great video.
The skinny peppers look like Serrano peppers they are spicier than jalapeños.
The leftover plain yogurt mix up a package of jello with a little less water. Let cool for a few mix in plain yogurt and whip cream or cool whip. Pour into a 9×13 pan & chill. It’s so good.
You can also use a microplane and grate the frozen garlic as needed.
Carrot is often used in spicy things like hot sauce to help balance with sweetness 🙂
Meringue icing for the pineapple bars. Not as sweet and will be crunchy when it hardens & dries.
Sofrito is what you might be thinking of. Onions, tomatoes, celery, garlic mixture
"You can tell if it goes bad, it goes moldy." 😂😂😂😂😂
Everything looked delicious
Great job Amy! Thank you so much! Wishing everyone a beautiful day! Love and hugs to all! Eileen, Silicone Valley Mom. 🌺☀️🙏❤️
Have you been watching Becky acre😊
I loved the custard style yogurt!
Hi Amy what kind of mixer do you have?❤
The smaller peppers are Serrano chiles. They are typically spicier “hotter” than jalapeños. Habaneros are smaller in size and orange in color. Habaneros are the hottest of the three.
I've really noticed that not only has the price gone up, but the general packaging and volume of goods has been reduced in the last two years, so you are paying double extra because the price per weight has then gone up even more… thanks for the yogurt hack.
Get the koolade cold first before you try to freeze
Delightful!
