Also you need to be using soft shell clams. Little necks are to rubbery steamed. BTW I do have access to the ocean.
That's so wrong! Sacrilegious even. Needs some sausage type stuff, peppercorn, paprika, season, cumin etc etc…so wrong. Lobster, crab good additions.
