I know this sounds weird…but I put I dipped your crispy pizza chafel recipe into it. I was originally dipping it in Pesto…then the "ding ding ding" went off….it was SO good!!

I tried another cream dressing recipe that was a bit more complicated recently and it was okay. I will have to try yours. Possibly grate sweet onion into it. Maybe. I am on a mission to expand my homemade salad dressing this summer. So far the line up is expanding nicely. And these suggestions are EXACTLY what I need and similar to a very usual approach that I use. I often put a bit of Thai red curry paste in my basic dressing, or gochujang. I usually bring the salad to family dinners. The non vegetable eaters eat it and have questions later. Like how did I get them to eat that. And like it lol

THIS sauce is the first recipe I have made in my life that tastes "professional", as in I will be proud to serve this. Sorry, but I won't credit you….. "just a little something I threw together"

When I was a kid, my mother used to make herself a garden salad with a can of tuna, a little olive oil and a few shots of fish sauce. I asked to try it one day and could not believe how good it was! 35 years later, I still make my salads with fish sauce. It is such an amazing ingredient if you can get the ratios right so that you don't get too strong a taste of it.

I thought of mixing the sauce with sour cream and putting it on a low carb baked potato. Hmmm, I think there's a flaw somewhere in that idea. 🤔

I used it to cook an omelette. I heated some of the scallion oil with some unflavored oil(or butter) until the scallions started sizzling then I cooked my omelette like normal. Yummy

Hi Steve❗️I have lots of chives in my garden, but no scallions. Do you think I could substitute the chives? And include flowers too?
Thanks for each and every video you do, I enjoy them a lot‼️

OMG, I'm so happy you're going to do follow up videos for left overs and left over ingredients! So many times I'll have a left over egg yolk, egg white or some other item that I don't want to waste but never sure on the fly what to do with said Ingredients.

I wanted to reach out to you because I knew you'd be the perfect person for this. Just didn't know how to get the idea over to you.

Maybe you could plan a menu for the week and spawn off other recipes from the left overs/ingredients.

This is going to be awesome! TY!

    🎉😁
