    Hi Helen, I love this dish, and I've also seen your 2012 video of this dish. The ingredients are more or less the same but your steps are a bit different here, such as blanching the pork beforehand and not directly saute-ing it in the caramelized sugar. What are the differences in the end product from these two different methods? Or are they similar? Thanks!
