Had a similar meal in Cabarete about 15 years ago as well, one of the best meals we have ever eaten, right on the beach, toes in the sand with a ridiculously sized paella pan filled with ocean treats. Once we were also lucky enough to have wood fired octopus that was crazy good. Great content.

Love to see these pizza oven cooks, especially with lobster and curry. How about a video on what maintenance you have to do on a pizza oven other than cleaning out the ash and sweeping the floor. Do you have to remove the bricks or anything else?

Yum, looks great!!! I hold hope that anytime I see a new video, it’s a brisket in the DoJoe video (hoping you beat me to it too haha), but this looked awesome! I will definitely try this on the Joe!

That looks incredible. Feels like a complete meal instead of a focus on one element like a brisket or ribs. It also looks like something that woukd translate to your other cooking methods pretty easily.
