Ooooh that smells delish. Ground coriander goes great with pork. I can't get fresh beansprouts, only canned, though not sure if that would change the flavor of that lovely sauce?

I'm just wondering about the accent. North Yorkshire? I've got a caravan near Thirsk and I think the accent isn't too far away from that? Nice recipe, BTW. I love the less chilli side of Thai cuisine. My Missus doesn't like pork and I'm not a massive fan. I think I will try this with braising beef.

Will be giving this a go. Made your Lancashire hotpot Sunday. Very good ๐Ÿ‘. May I request a Chinese takeaway chicken curry recipe?
