I'm more interested in the VitaClay cookers since I have metal allergies and have an interest in toxin free products. Angel cake is great. It's the only kind Daniel will eat as is. With others he just eats the icing off of them. I prefer slow cooking though. Food is more tender that way and lower heat retains more nutrients for some foods. Lee and I aren't big on sweets though. We like them once in awhile but not daily. We mostly like brownies and muffins though. I also love chocolate hot dogs from a local bakery. It's a doughnut shaped like a hot dog bun with butter cream icing down the middle, dusted with powdered sugar, and three slashes of chocolate are added to the top. They also make it without the chocolate. Although they dedicate shelves to them they always sell out early in the day. It's pretty much one of my consistent wants on my birthday along with sinigang. I can only eat two of them at a time. One year though I got two dozen as two relatives gifted me a dozen each. Not very many people helped me eat them and by the time I got to the last ones they were beginning to wilt. Most of my local relatives are dead now (only my youngest uncle and siblings are left of the older generation but we're nearing the age that everyone else died at. Apparently we're very susceptible to lethal illnesses like Lou Gehrig's Disease as my father and Uncle David died from that or other health issues like like a massive heart attack which killed my Aunt Linda. For me it's breathing problems and for my sis it's heart problems. They nearly killed us in the past and we still have the same problems so it's likely one of us next. I hope I go first as I can't handle any more losses like that. Especially my sister since she's my best friend and the only living person that doesn't drain my energy. The only other person was Lee's and my younger son Thomas who we lost to SIDS eight years ago. I only had a month and two weeks to bond with him but he was the true love of my life. I know I was ridiculously happy for the first time while he was alive and I've been primarily numb for the first time since he died. I broke the moment he went from warm and alive to extremely cold and dead. The last two times I touched him he was so cold. Daniel makes me miss him more (when Daniel stressed me Thomas' presence calmed me) and he looked exactly like Lee so I'll never get over losing him.

I miss seeing your videos. But I prefer your Taiwan / Asian recipes. I don't like to own too many tools. I purchased a titanium wok. Except for a pot, and a fry pan, that is about all I use on a daily basis.

Thank you for showing 2 recipes that uses up the entire egg. I always look at a recipe that calls for egg yolks or egg whites only, and wonder what I can do with the other unused parts. Merry Christmas!
