Hi I see you are using the instant pot 7-in-1 version. Was thinking of getting one and wondering any need to get the higher priced 9-in-1 version? Appreciate your advice πŸ™

I finally found beef finger meats in the last year to make Chinese beef stew. It’s always a big bag with 12 stripes. This gives another way to use this meat. I will definitely try this.

Happy belated Birthday, you don't look like half a century at all. You look great. Can't say that for the raw finger meat, but cooked looks much better. Don't think I've seen that here in Pa.

Thanks for all the great videos, Flo! Maybe it's called finger meat, like "finger food", because you can pick up a piece with your fingers and eat it?

Happy Belated Birthday, Flo! Where in town did you buy this meat? Also, what brand of BBQ sauce did you use? Thanks so much for this recipe! Love that it’s boneless!

Really, Dude???? "Doesn't taste like fingers"? 🀣 Never heard of finger meat, but this looks so yummy! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ I see what you mean about the dry rub sticking to the meat even after pressure cooking! Will have to try this! 😊

First and foremost, happy belated birthday!!! I had no idea! I agree with you and dude! The only meat I like is boneless meat! Easier to eat and no waste! My favorite turkey is those 2 3/4 lb. turkey breast roasts and they cook off in the IP in 60 minutes plus a 25-minute NPR! Very many very happy returns!!!! Take care!!!!

    Happy birthday Flo!! πŸŽ‰
That recipe looks so delicious and simple. Will definitely try it if I can find that cut of meat. My 18 years old son agreed with Dude regarding the bone so I buy my meat boneless. Thank you both for creating awesome recipes to share. Have a wonderful day and God bless.
