Definitely gonna fix my problem with gristle… Veggies do fix that and tastes fun. I'm not freaky evangelist for veggies of course I love meat I just have issues with whoever prepares it. It must be peeeeeerfect… have some bloodiness and seared to perfection.

I have tasted mushroom patties before and they taste like steak as well. They do have some earthiness to them but I love that.

I have watched a lot of your videos. Clever creations.
My main questions are Why? and for Who? What is the point?
I am intolerant to farmed meat, eggs… etc etc. Yes, I miss them. However, I need to come to terms with my intolerances. There are plenty of vegan foods out there, which left me satisfied, when I did eat meat.
So, who is this aimed at?

Stick to REAL protein. The plant based, man made "meats" are NOT healthy for you or your loved ones. DO the actual research… And no, watching a video on YouTube is NOT doing research.

I'd probably try it by itself for a while so I'll know whatever I'm cutting it with isn't stomping on the product. It's nice to be able to say this tastes a little off. The meat industry has been taunting the vegetarian community for years with steak and this seems like the first legitimate attempt to hit the supermarket with a retort. I'd say that's ground breaking enough to get a feel for what it was meant to taste like. I have a nasty habit of adding oregano to everything.
