Hello Carolina I am so bummed I missed your live. Your chicks are so cute we have so many wild animal babies on our property right now we have 4 baby birds living in our BBQ there mom and dad built i nice nest there we have baby bunnies living under the garden stairs we have 2 baby groundhogs and there mother living under our shed and lots of baby squirrels everywhere. Tonight I had a fox coming come within 20 feet of my garden bed that one startled me a bit. Anyways I also cleaned out my fridge today. Well i hope you have a great week.

Roast carrots like potatoes. Very delicious. Freeze the chicken enchilladas for a meal next week. Freeze the taco meat for tacos next week.
Freeze the shredded steak for stroganoff next week. Now you have 3 freezer meals.

Have you tried using liners for your croc pot? They are a bit pricey, but wort it to not have to soak and scrub the croc pot. I got a good deal on Amazon last time I ordered them. 😊 love your channel, keep it going!

As I am listening to this live after the fact I am thinking of ideas for you. The squash can be freeze dried, dehydrated, and shredded and frozen. What Becky from Acre Homestead does with her abundance of squashes is shred and freeze to be used throughout the year in recipes as a filling or bread. It adds veggies without the family knowing you have done that. When I get it from the food bank and know I am not going to use it up that week I shred and freeze it in quart freezer bags so they are easy to pop out for recipes. I also slice some up to use in my Mexican pork stew that I love. I also love taking the day after food bank day to just go through all the produce and decide how I am going to preserve or use it right away especially if I get big bags of veggies.

I have an idea for you. I have been looking at your merch and love the ideas you have in there. Take some of your own merch and use it and wear it like you just did with the notebook. I had no idea what it was for but now that I know when I get done with the one I currently am working in I will be buying one from you. Use your apron and coffee mugs. They are cool and using them is a way to advertise them without saying anything. You can also do a live demonstrating them all and showing people where to find your merch. Just some ideas for you. Also, for selling the eggs just place a sign on the street in front of your place "Farm Fresh Eggs" so people who drive by and see you have them.

You can make some ravioli with the ricotta cheese. Use you new machine for the noodles. Spend an afternoon make lots of them and freeze them. The kids can help.

I love to use leftover pot roast and make hash by frying it with onions and leftover baked or roasted potatoes πŸ˜‹ Throw some cooked carrots in there too if you've got em πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ‰, why not 😁
