That looks really good, Susan. I have all the ingredients on hand, but no instant pot. How long would you cook it on the stovetop? Also- how are you liking that Global chef’s knife? I tend to buy Wustoff but am very curious about Global. No one near me sells them do I cannot even touch before I buy. I have always been concerned about how the metal handle functions with wet(ish) hands. Would love to hear.
