Thank you so much I lived in Louisiana for a long time and it was not vegan, and this year I'm going to a vegan New year's Eve party and wanted to share some of the culture I absorbed while in New Orleans. But I couldn't find a decent vegan recipe and I'm super excited to bring something like this! I always add a little bit of peanut butter to my collard greens which gives them a good protein base and a nutty flavor and people love it it's ridiculousness! I have to fight them off it's beautiful! Thank you so much

I made both dishes tonight with cornbread and Creole vegan prawns and my family went absolutely insane with joy. Brilliant recipes, so simple and so satisfying. Thank you!

Christine…Ever since I conquered my fear of Chucky (been scared of the guy since I was 5 years old and now 27 years old) Childs play 2 has been my favorite movie. Now I can't get enough of it. once I found out you had a youtube channel and have subscribed…Man you are amazing!! I'm no vegan however watching you cook and just you being you is really satisfying ( not in a weird way but like uplifting) I enjoy your channel!! And everything you have cooked from DDD#1 up till this current video…swear I have to wipe my mouth from drooling over how delicious it looks. I love what you are doing! you are one badass lady.

I love your pottymouth! Hey an FYI for ya, there is such a thing as a stove top slow cooker where the insert is metal and comes out of the slow cooker to put on the stove and you can brown in it and then put back in the slow cooker to finish cooking…
