In this video I will be trying to re create a barbecued chuck roast recipe I found in a 1967 Betty Crocker cook book. I was intrigued …
What are your secrets to making it such perfect pieces? I appreciate your work; wouldn't it be great if you could share a cooking video with us on KHAL?
😁
Just came across your channel, keep up the good work!! Gotta love Dave’s marketplace, that’s where I get most of my meats from!
lol Joe, Catsup was a real thing!
I’m old, so know that the word catsup is from the original Chinese sauce called kê-tsiap. So catsup is the original anglicization. Ketchup came later, and is more phonically correct given how the word came to be pronounced. In other countries you can get things like mushroom or fish catsup still. In the states it’s just made from rotten tomatoes (literally.)
What a really cool video. They knew what they were doing – most of the time.
Love the aesthetic of the video and both good sound and quality! This channel is going to blow up!
Just one thing is that I would find it more satisfying if you would stand in the middle of the frame when youre speaking. Other than that, 10/10!
Great concept for a channel – I usually pick 'em early. 😊
Super cool idea for a video. I really like the idea of trying old recipes. Great looking chuck roast!
Dude, that looks awesome! First time seeing your channel. Was on my recommended viewing.
What a good idea, I love those old recipe books
