Not fair! Cookies are meant to be shared! Well, I could double the recipe.
Recipe:
1 tbsp (15g) salted butter, melted
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp plain flour
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp milk
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1) Add your salted butter, both sugars and vanilla to a bowl and mix until combined.
2) Then add your plain flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda and milk to the combined mixture and mix to form a dough.
3) Finally, add your chocolate chips and mix these through with the dough.
4) Roll into a ball and place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven (180C/160C fan) for 8-10 minutes.
5) Sprinkle flaky salt over the top (optional) and eat it while it’s still warm. Enjoy!
