    Never had Oven Baked BBQ pig feet before this is different, my grandmother always boiled hers, it's been a long time since I've eaten pigs' feet, will have to try.They look good. Thanks for sharing.

    I'm one of those people that thinks eeeww, but I must tell you my grandmother would make my father jellied pickled pigs feet. Good God, Miss Mattie, I really don't know how he ate it, but he loved it . . . just thought I'd let you know.

    I haven’t had pig’s feet in years! My mom made them occasionally-I thought it was unique to the Baltic Sea area where she came from. Your cooking them here proves I assumed wrong.
