Hi Markus, I read HY101 and it said to fast if you're sick, but you replied to a comment saying don't fast if you have disease or illness, your body needs nutrition. Can you clear this up? I was sure you should fast if you're sick from reading the book.

Over the weekend i lost eyesight in my right eye at random fir about 40 minutes. I am not sick, not on any meds, do not drink or use drugs . I went to the emergency room. They diagnosed me with something rare called gca. Giant cell arteritis. Something to do with the veins at your temple. They put me on 60 mg of prednisone. Thats the standard treatment for gca. Its day 3 of prednisone and its making me feel sick. Does anyone know about this condition and if it can be treated in other wats then steroids?

A message I have received from spirit during one meditation during a particularly challenging time was the image of a lighthouse on a dark and stormy night… I am like a lighthouse; shining with the promise of hope and salvation on the darkest of nights …I am a pillar of Light that is indestructible no matter the force or power of any storm that may crash into me… I went out and bought a picture of a lighthouse to remind me of this everyday… may all beings feel connected to the power of love that already exists within each and every one of us ❤️
