I had an absolutely delicious Chinese meal once, decades ago, that might have been this – I haven’t been able to determine properly what it was – I think it was chicken in what seemed like batter in an extremely sweet sauce – the meat chunks were probably about the size of peas – it was by far the tastiest meal I have ever had – if it was this, I’d like to try some from a Chinese takeaway!

How do you keep it from going soggy , the taste was great but it went soggy fairly quickly. I usd corn starch instead because I couldn’t find potatoe starch
