❤️大家好,今天和大家分享的是简单的压力锅美食~红烧牛肉面
牛肉:3磅,胡萝卜8根,生姜40克,冰糖30克,八角3个,桂皮半根,大蒜2整个,洋葱一整个,料酒1勺,老抽1勺,生抽2勺,盐1小勺,黑胡椒1小勺,咖喱粉1小勺,热水3杯,香菜少许(根据喜好添加,也可以换成葱),起锅后的盐可以根据自己的口味添加少许或者不加,芝麻1/2小勺,面条适量(1人份约100克)
煮肉功能键:30分钟,自动放气,如果时间有限,煮好后时间到15分钟可以手动放气。

1: 3LB Beef Tri Tip Untrimmed
8 Carrot
40g Ginger
30g Yellow Crystal Rock Candy
3 Star Anise
Half Cinnamon
2 Whole Garlic
1 Whole Onion
1 Tablespoon Cooking Wine
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Curry powder
3 Cups of Hot Water
Cilantro
1/2 Teaspoon Sesame
Thin noodle 100g
Function key: Meat/Stew 30 Mins
