I just love French crullers. They haven't made them at my local grocery store since covid.I was so happy to see this recipe.I just found your channel and have subscribed.I can't wait to try and make them.
I’ve made cream puffs with a similar choux pastry, and they were amazing. They didn’t last long either. I’ll definitely try this recipe. I did panic about the paper being added to the oil. Only for a split second. I reminded myself you always know what you’re doing before you said anything in the video.
These look delicious!! I love me some donuts. I don't care to fry in oil. Can these be fried in an air fryer?
I don't social media & am surprised and a little disappointed you don't make videos on all your recipes. =(
Crullers are one of my favorite donuts. I love how light and airy they are.

Looks nice! Mom always said to cool the dough before adding eggs, about 10-15 minutes. I stir by hand with a wood spoon.
I'm definitely gonna try these❤❤❤

Hey Gemma! Can I add oil if I don't have butter?
Can these be made with dairy free butter and almond or coconut flour?😊

Wow, these look amazing…. How long does the raw dough last in the fridge…. And can the dough be frozen? 🤔 😊
Could you please open a bakery! ‘Gemma’s bakery’ and I will visit!!
Thankyou for the wooden spoon tip. I didn’t know that. I was taught to avoid smoking hot oil

OMG, they look amazing! I would love to coat half in Ube glaze! It’s my daughters 14th birthday tomorrow so I may just do it!
Obviously, I have to subscribe to her channel or look on YouTube. It would have been nice if she had given the measurements as she was making this.
