Food looks cracking, definitely love to try the meat mix grill if I'm over in Birmingham. Have a small family get together this weekend to celebrate the life of my dad who passed away a year today. So I'll be getting the coals hot in the tandoor.

Happy new year Steve, yes despite all the info that is out there Reese days the restaurants do seem to have managed to keep some secrets back don't they, have you ever thought about maybe trying to use a small amount of flavoured oil when cooking the rice, maybe is it.
Looks like it's worth a drive over from Leeds make a weekend of it.
Just get home and start cooking and nattering in your new kitchen.
