    Hey sweet friend! I got your Christmas card thank you so much. I love the sticker! Your sticker is so cute! I am on an anti-inflammatory diet. I love Cara Cara oranges, limes, lemons pineapples yum. You should try a ginger carrot soup super healthy and anti-inflammatory. We let our Sam’s club membership run out I miss buying the Pom toilet paper. I am on a whole food plant based diet to heal my body it’s helping. I ate gluten and sugar over the holidays and my headaches are back and I am inflamed and don’t feel good my gut hurts. I am going back to my pure diet to help. Food really makes a difference!     I have started making my own organic ghee..but that is butter but alot of health benefits..maybe later found out from Doug and Stacy and I have learned and used for years Black Cumin oil and seeds is really good for inflamation

    I've seen the rice in the frozen food section at the store but, I've never tried it.
