Awww shit son, Old School St. Marcellin cheese croc. I remember when it still came on a cardboard LUL. Back before they needed to put it in the crocs cus it's so dang buttery and gud. Definitely my favorite cheese of all time. They named it after…. nm sorry. I just reaalllly love that cheese.

I got a question though, I'm from Sweden and we do not have buttermilk at all and you said to go 50/50 milk and yogurt. Is there any specific kind of yogurt you would recommend? I feel like turkish or greek yogurt would be too thick but I do prefer them over anything else. Thanks!
