Looks yummy! My hubby is Moroccan so these flavors are quite familiar! One thing though… I never saw dates cooked in Tagine, especially Medjool ones. Those are eaten as appetizers at the beginning of a meal. Dryer dates, more fibrous dates maybe. More commonly , you will see raisins, apricots or prunes in tagine or couscous.
Just made this tonight for my family. Incredibly delicious. They already requested it be added to the "regulars" rotation (with the red lentil curry, a staple )
I'm excited to share this channel with everyone who thinks I'm too fragile to cook a hearty meal. Yes, I've found an incredible, funny, and talented chef who shares my delightful clumsiness 😄❤
With all of the veggie cutting that we do, can you recommend a chefs knife under $75. There are so many on the market. I would prefer a knife that is not made in China.

I make this in my instapot, but different version. Gonna try this version in my instapot.
What happened to your tip about not just plopping spices into a dish, but adding some oil and sautéing them first?
what if you're not rich?
This looks delicious! Thanks for the tip about the onions- mine always cook faster than I am ready for 😅
Oh my goodness! This looks soo good! I’m off to buy a butternut squash!!

The spices in Ras al Hanout can vary a lot, it translates to something like "top shelf". Can i ask what was in the blend you used?

This one is getting made every month!
Can it be done on the stove only or in a slow cooker? I don’t have a dutch oven pot! Thx
Can I transfer the tagine into any large oven safe pan? I don’t have a Dutch Oven
It's kind of Chole and Parathe in India 😊❤

So wonderfully presented and look fantastic, another one going on my “make this soon” list!
Why does the salt have to be kosher?
Omg sounds delicious!!! Doesn't look to hard for me LOL 🙂 The flatbread is a great touch!
Can garam masala be replaced for the Moroccan spice?

I can’t wait to try this ❤ I can’t wait to see what more you make for comfort food for winter .. how about some hearty soups ?
My mouth is watering as I watch this! 🎉😄😋
Can you show us how to cook in tagine? I bought one and I am afraid to use it, cause I do not know how and do not want to damage it or ruin the food.
This looks so yummy! I can't wait to try it! I feel warm & cozy just thinking about eating it.
Delicioso
That is going to be on the menu next week. Thanks!
Looks really good. Wouldn't it cook just as well in a slow cooker/crock-pot?
