Oh my goodness I didn't know that you had Covid! My husband and I tested positive the day after Thanksgiving and we are still recovering! Praying for you and your sweet family Maria. Thanks for the pantry ideas. Our appetite is not back yet but I will definitely make a batch of chili to freeze and some mac and cheese to do my husband's favorite, chili mac. Thanks again and God bless you!

Great easy meals, thanks Maria. I love Chili! I have a tradition to make Crock Pot Chili on the day after Thanksgiving. I love the Instant Pot too. Tonight I made homemade Applesauce. Put your left over Apples, cut up and peeled, one cup water a a teaspoon Cinnamon in the instant pot for 5 minutes, do a quick release. As the Applesauce cools, the Apples breakdown, I used a potato masher to mash them up a little. I did not add sugar, but you may need to if you have kids. This is so good, you will never buy store bought Applesauce again..
