Hey on the juice that was left after you cook the turkey breast could you use that to make a gravy to pour over the turkey and to pour over the mashed potatoes?

I made a turkey breast tonight. Stuffing, cranberries and sweet potatoes. It was excellent. I think you could brown the side of turkey to make it nice and brown.
It looks soggy
Cook the turkey in turkey broth or if you dont have that, chicken broth instead of water.
Fry some flour on the stove like you would in making a roux. Add that broth after you have removed the turkey to make a gravy.
You DID want gravy now didnt you?
No sense wasting that liquid, those spaces, and the drippings from the turkey.
When we want FRESH minced garlic, we just use a micro-plane and grate away the desired amount; fresher than using the prepped stuff in a jar. Y'all Be Safe!
