Made this and no one liked it. Usually the recipes I get on here come out great. This was the worst recipe by far. It is interesting that neither of them tasted it when it was done.

Has anyone doubled this? Did you add more liquid? My husband is a carnivore and could eat that by himself plus, he always wants leftover turkey the next day.

Cook the turkey in turkey broth or if you dont have that, chicken broth instead of water.
Fry some flour on the stove like you would in making a roux. Add that broth after you have removed the turkey to make a gravy.
You DID want gravy now didnt you?
No sense wasting that liquid, those spaces, and the drippings from the turkey.

Thanks for this as I might end up making it over a full turkey for two people. You and your sister are so lovely enjoy your videos and teaching me about the Instant Pot. One thing did you ever think about pulling your hair back I think your faces would show up more which would be a plus?
