    Love this recipe. An additional step we will add real butter and add about 1/8-1/4 cup of bourbon (cook off the bourbon). The flavors are even more incredible.

    I actually did make them that day! They were amazing! I had them with honey ham, and mashed potatoes. I even made some extra dishes for my lunches for the next week or so! 🙂 These we’re so good! 🙂

    Want desert? Do the same thing with sweet potatoes. Use coconut oil instead of olive oil. Apply sugar substitute and cinnamon like the carrot spices. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn over slices and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with a glass of cold milk or milk substitute. You're welcome.

    These look great! I've actually used your blackened chicken recipe as a protein add for some pastas, but these carrots would make a great side for the chicken! I hope you have more recipes that can used as side dishes in the future because it's really upping my cooking game!
