    Das sieht super lecker aus! Die sauce könnte noch einen Spritzer Zitronensaft vertragen, das geht bei Fisch immer. Und wenn ich Donburi mache, nehme ich immer eine Tasse (Go) Reis, andernfalls werde ich nicht satt. Ist es standard nur eine halbe Tasse zu nehmen?

    I didn't have wasabi so I used normal mustard and it works really good. The flavour is different, with mustard is more sour/acidic than with wasabi. Also, I had to use smoked salmon, i don't think i can find sushi-like salmon where I live. That also probably gives a different flavour
