    Hi there! Great recipe Big fan and new to keto! Can i ask why people use avocado oil a lot instead of olive oil or coconut oil for frying. I am absolutely 💯 not in love with avocado oil. I bought cold pressed extra virgin and it made me so ill just to smell it. Can't stand the stuff. Can i use olive oil or ghee or coconut oil to replace the avocado? Many thanks 😊

    I have just made it. Very tasty. Mouth feel a bit 'greasy' for my liking. I think that when I add the avocado this perception may change. Now have the recipe, next time I make it I will experiment. Thank you, Sahil.

    My wife has been making some of your recipes for me and not a single one has been anything but amazing! Your recipes always have that extra something that makes it a worthy meal. Just wanted to say thanks while I'm here. She made chili last night and it needed something and she told me to come here and look up your recipe so she could fix whatever she needs to fix the one she made. Evidently, there's no point in trying anybody else's recipes! Peace

    hi Sahil, so I've made this chili now several times, putting my own 'riff' on it (ha ha ha), I'm making your recipe (with my changes) on my channel and I'm going to pressure can it up. I will link your channel , website and your original recipe to give you credit as it all began with The Best Keto Chili and Headbangers Kitchen!!. My minor changes include: half the onion and adding in green bell pepper to take up that extra half. Adding "American" Chili Powder (twice as much as you have paprika and cumin) I also powder my cumin…I'm making a batch with 15 pound's of ground beef (your recipe x 15 aka 6.8KG beef) so I will can it up into quart sized jars…I'll pressure can it so it's safe. I'm filming today so it should be out in a month or so. I'm going to do one episode on how to take a small recipe and extrapolate it out (using The Best Keto Chili as the example) and then next episode will be on canning it. I utilize an electronic roaster for such large dishes….so it has a whole different slant. Anyway, I'll let you know when it is done and thanks for the inspiration! Again I'll link your YT and Webpage, please let me know if you have any concerns or question and thanks again!
