I just love watching you cook these wonderful meals. I have a question for you, due to health issues, I have to be on lowfat, no spice, no acid diet the rest of my life, I believe you said you used cream, can I substitute that with either no fat half and half type thing? Thanks for this great recipe, I can't wait to try it since it has been very challenging now for me to learn to cook things all over again. Using no onion, garlic, spice or tomatoes is the pits.
