I've never made any type of soup before, but a friend recently got sick so I decided to try this recipe… Needless to say its an absolute hit and so easy to make! Tastes like the chicken soup my mom made for me when I was a kid!

Wow!!!! I made this yesterday. I never had it with a long noodle like spaghetti, or the egg noodle in this video. It’s been with bow tie, or , quinoa, or rice. Etc. I made it exactly this way. But for a little more garlic . And veggie s, Wow! Damn good stuff!

I have been making my moms chicken soup recipe for years. Added soy sauce to the soup like you recommended (neeeever thought to do that). OMG! What a great trick!

My favorite thing to do on weekends, making different soups which I love. Definitely will make this.And yes that better than bullion is fantastic. Make for a great depth of flavor. The veggie base is delicious. I like to roast my own chicken then shred it to add.
Some barely, beans and some peas/corns would make a tasty and healthy substitute for the noodles.

Wow..this is a great tasting chicken noodle soup. I used regular spaghetti noodles and added Italian seasoning instead of the Bay leaf. I also added some rice… OMG! Tks.. can't wait to try another.
