Hi I’m seeing a lot of people ask if the tapioca flour is necessary and it really is that is what gives the cheese it’s stretch. Some people have made it with arrowroot flour apparently but it won’t be stretchy and gooey like the tapioca flour. ONLY USE TAPIOCA FLOUR IF YOU WANT IT TO BE LIKE THIS NO SUBSTITUTIONS 🙂

Wow.. I have so much cauliflower in the garden right now … what a perfect way to use it. How else can we use this cheese apart from the pizza? Any other videos ? Can we make grilled cheese?

I have high Triglycerides issue and upon research I've checked that cheese are the biggest producer of High Triglycerides so this pizza is definitely going to be awesome for me.

This pizza recipe is simply AWESOME! My family says it tastes like DiGiorno lol. No more takeout pizzas for us! The cheese sauce is just wow! I've even used it in my vegan lasagna. Thank you for this recipe!

I just made the vegan cheese for the pizza and it is amazing! I miss cheese and this is the best one I have had so far that does not use coconut oil or any oil! Thank you Plantfully Based! I agree that the tapioca is necessary.
