The egg is so flat I thought it was a burrito. Never seen one so flat. Must be central america or south american.
Great looking omelette. Personally, I would have added some mushrooms and served with a chunky salsa on the side. To each their own though. Everyone should put their own signature spin on this dish. Thanks for the video, chef.
