The more okra you ingest the more oxalates you ingest. Swiss chard is also sky high in oxalates, not to mention spinach. Regarding beta glucans, Dr. Gundry omits to mention how important they are in the elimination of oestogen from the liver, and preventative for hormone positive breast cancer. He doesn't like oatmeal, but it is chock full of beta glucans and fiber. The Scots do rather well on it, and have done so for millennia. As for mushrooms, what are his recommendations if one has candidiasis?

I'm so glad my okra is on this list๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ. I bake mine and eat it as a snack. I use a lot of high quality EVOO (olive oil) on my pasta and cooking. I eat a lot of coconut chips. Great source of fiber and it has my good cholesterol up high. I have issues with bad cholesterol and the nurse told me that it would help lower my bad stuff.

I got some pavers in the back yard and had sat a bucket down on there and a couple days later had to move it and noticed some unsightly cultures underneath and thought maybe ice cream or that cheese from diary of a wimpy kid had gotten stuck underneath. Also I was thinking of that video I saw about mushrooms being a future option for building material. Then I started noticing a pleasant culinary aroma coming from this shroom that had taken the form of the bucket and the pavers and was disappointed that there was no way I could put it on pizza or make an omelet or even enjoy it as is.
