Also I thought we’ve gotten away from the bull💩 of HDL and LDL and people should be getting their APO-B test and not concerning themselves with the former, as there’s no such thing as bad cholesterol, and HDL and LDL are just transportation.
It’s hard to get in polyunsaturated fats. Have to watch how many walnuts you consume due to the carbs, chia doesn’t give that much, flax I have and sardines too but these alone don’t fill up the 30-35% of poly that I need. Anyone got any tips for consuming more polyunsaturated fats?

I'm confused here: 50% fat and protein with 150 carb? Where is the carb percentage? This doesn't add up.

Thomas , 50% of calories comings from Protein, for a person Who has 2000. Kcal mantainance is 1000 kcal that means 250 gr Protein……It Is not a Lot?
